Hey Guys I’m Jackie, a recent college graduate from Ferris State University, an aspiring broadcaster here in Grand Rapids, Michigan!
A few of my loves include: Auditioning for plays and normally getting shut down, competing in pageants even though I know I most likely will not win, and singing karaoke even though I’m uber terrible…
Some important things about me: I eat very badly, that includes pizza, burgers, french fries and anything else that I probably shouldn’t eat… BUT I make up for it by being an extremely avid runner, I ran cross country and track on scholarship for Ferris State University for 4 years and I still race in 5k’s 10k’s and the occasional marathon. I read more than anyone I know… and of coarse that includes Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, and many other fictional novels. You can also catch me dressed up at every dorky movie premier you can think of!

* Reoccuring guest host on “Take Five and Company” on WZZM Channel 13
* Multiple theater roles from Ferris State University theater, to Grand Rapids Civic Theatre
* Official E-News host for Ferris In Focus’s television show on Northern Michigan’s Fox 32
This blog is mostly just me, making a jack ass of myself as I try to make my way to the top in acting, and broadcast… Expect me failing a lot, constantly dreaming of some new crazy thing to do, and always having fun while I’m doing it!
That’s the way to live life….one day at a time…..and having fun while you’re doing it. We all fall on our faces, once in a while, but the person that picks themselves up, brushes their selves off, and gets back up on their feet and keeps on going, is the happiest person alive!
